Everything you need to know about Zenovea One.
EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) sends gentle low-frequency pulses through the skin to help the muscles in your neck relax. These gentle pulses encourage soft, repeated muscle movement that helps ease the feeling of tension.
Not at all. Zenovea One is designed for comfort. At the lowest intensity levels, you will feel a gentle tingling sensation — many users describe it as a light massage. You can always start at level 1 and increase gradually until you find your ideal comfort zone. There is no sharp discomfort at any of the 6 levels.
We recommend sessions of 15 to 30 minutes, once or twice a day. Most users notice relief within the first 15 minutes of use. For optimal results, consistent daily use over 2–4 weeks is recommended. Always allow at least 1 hour between sessions.
Yes, absolutely. Zenovea One was specifically designed for discretion. The patch sits flat against your skin under your collar, shirt, or hoodie. It is completely silent, wireless, and invisible from the outside — making it perfect for video calls, commutes, or even office meetings.

Zenovea One uses skin-friendly self-adhesive gel that is hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The gel is free from latex and common irritants. If you have a known skin condition such as eczema or psoriasis, we recommend consulting with your physician before use as a precaution.
Zenovea One charges via USB-C. Simply plug the included USB-C cable into the charging port on the device and connect to any USB power source — a laptop, wall adapter, or power bank. A full charge takes approximately 60 minutes and provides up to 8 hours of use.
No. Zenovea One uses electrical stimulation and should not be used by anyone with a pacemaker, defibrillator, or any other implanted electronic medical device. It is also not recommended during pregnancy. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician before use.
TENS focuses on nerve signals, while EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) works on the muscles themselves to help release tension. Zenovea One uses EMS tuned for the muscles in your neck — making it well suited for the type of stiffness caused by prolonged sitting and screen time.
Yes. The patch is designed to adhere directly to the skin at the back of the neck, below the hairline. Hair length does not affect the adhesion or the effectiveness of the EMS stimulation. Simply part or lift your hair, apply the patch to clean dry skin, and you're ready to go.
The self-adhesive gel pads maintain strong adhesion for approximately 20–30 uses under normal conditions. To extend their lifespan, always apply to clean, dry skin and store the device face-down on the protective cover when not in use. Replacement gel pads will be available in the Zenovea shop.
