REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Zenovea, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your Zenovea One, we're here to help.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If Zenovea One isn't right for you, contact us at support@getzenovea.com and our team will assist you.

HOW IT WORKS
To start a refund or replacement request, email us at support@getzenovea.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your request
- A photo or short description if the item arrived damaged or defective

We review every request individually and respond within 1–2 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your Zenovea One arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a free replacement at no additional cost. If you prefer, we can issue a full refund instead. Please include a photo of the issue when you contact us so we can resolve it quickly.

RETURNS & HYGIENE
Because Zenovea One is a personal-care device that comes into direct contact with the skin, used units cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. In most cases, you will not need to ship the product back to receive a refund or replacement — our team will guide you through the process.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We may be unable to offer a refund if:
- More than 30 days have passed since delivery
- The request is outside the conditions described above

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
