We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, images, or other content are entirely error-free. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the item you receive.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is valid and that you are authorized to use it.

5. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. SHIPPING
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & SAFE USE OF EMS DEVICES
Zenovea One is an electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) device intended for general relaxation and comfort only. It is NOT a medical device and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You should NOT use Zenovea One if you:
- Have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or any other implanted electronic or metallic device;
- Are pregnant or may be pregnant;
- Have epilepsy, heart conditions, or any serious medical condition;
- Have open wounds, broken or irritated skin in the application area.

Always consult a qualified physician before using EMS devices if you have any medical condition or concern. Discontinue use immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, skin irritation, or any adverse reaction, and seek medical advice.

You use Zenovea One at your own risk and are solely responsible for following the instructions provided. By purchasing and using the product, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including the Zenovea name, logo, text, images, and design — is the property of Zenovea and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenovea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
