SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Zenovea. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase. Processing includes preparing, packing, and dispatching your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 5–12 business days.
Please note that total delivery time = processing time (1–3 business days) + shipping time (5–12 business days).
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-demand periods beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. If you haven't received your tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@getzenovea.com.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.

DELAYED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if your package appears lost, please contact us at support@getzenovea.com. We'll work with you to locate your order or find a solution, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
